How do I book my wedding or event?

1. review the fee schedule (in pdf format on the menu) 2. book a consultation with the event designer who will give you a custom price quote based on the requirements of your unique event 3. your event is booked when you pay half of the total

How do I add items and services to my booking?

If you want to add any set up items like a stage, dance floor, specialty linens, florals, props, lighting, table skirts, furniture, ceiling décor, baking or catering like an exquisitely decorated cake, hors d’oeuvres, entrees, event coordinating for every detail of your event, day of coordinating to ensure nothing goes wrong or to fix it if something unforeseen happens, transportation, want a hummer stretch limo or a horse and carriage to take you to the church? Your consultant will look after any additions you want.

Is there a fee for consultations?

The initial consultation is $95. The fee goes towards your package. Basic packages come with one in store consultation and one on site consultation. Additional consults are $85 per hour.

How does coordinating and planning work for my event or wedding? lauralutz

We will look after the details for your wedding and event and not settle for anything less than perfection. Dazzle your guests with our facilities, photographers, cake designers, caterers, entertainment, décor and ‘experience’. Coordinating and planning are charged on an hourly basis (see price schedule below).

Can I cancel my booking?                                                       

Your booking fee is 1/2 of the total cost of your custom package. This fee is non refundable or transferable. In other words you can cancel your event but you lose your booking fee.
